Guess what? We've added to our team!
Please help us welcome Brett Ryan Bonowicz, our new Screenwriting Director. In addition to his duties with script submissions, he will be a film programmer and also take the Pioneer SciFi Film Club under his wing (so look out for new-old films to rediscover soon!)
Fun fact: Brett is an alum of the very first edition of Other Worlds back in 2014!
Brett is director of the films CLOSER THAN WE THINK and THE PERFECT 46. His film work has been reviewed by the journal Science, Scientific American, and MIT Technology Review. His production company, Clindar, is focused on producing science factual films and documentaries based on cutting edge science and technology. He lives in California.

Other Worlds has partnered with IndieMeme for their 2021 festival this week to support the existential Horror NIRVANA INN!
The film tells the story of a suicidal boat driver who intentionally capsizes his boat with all his passengers. While all the passengers are killed, he miraculously escapes. Tormented with guilt, he takes up a job as the caretaker of Nirvana Inn only to witness his victims check in to the resort.
